Apply
Fill in the form below. We check your details, look at photos of your work and call your references.

Sign the subcontract agreement
Before your first job you sign our subcontracting agreement, which sets out the standards, rules and payment terms.

Quote us
When a job in your trade and area comes up, we send you the scope. You quote Elite Home Finishes — not the client.

70% deposit upfront
Once the client accepts and the job is confirmed, we pay you a 70% deposit on your quote so you can buy materials and start.

Do the work as Elite Home Finishes
You work on site on our behalf. We handle the client, the scheduling and any questions.

Invoice us — balance on completion
When the job is complete, you invoice us and we pay the remaining balance. No chasing clients for money.

Strict Rules
When you work for us, you work as Elite Home Finishes
- !You quote and invoice Elite Home Finishes. All client communication and payment runs through us.
- !On our jobs you do not wear or display your own company name — no branded clothing, vehicle signage, business cards or flyers.
- !A signed subcontracting agreement is required before you go out on any job on our behalf.
- !Work is done to the agreed scope, standard and timeline, and the site is left clean.

No. Startups, sole traders and small businesses are welcome. If you are CIPC or VAT registered, tell us on the form — it helps, but it isn't required to apply.
You quote and invoice Elite Home Finishes. When a job is confirmed we pay a 70% deposit on your quote, and the balance is paid on completion.
The client has hired Elite Home Finishes, so everyone on site represents Elite Home Finishes. This is a strict rule and part of the subcontracting agreement you sign.
No. We contact providers when a job in their trade and area comes up. Providers with good references, fair prices and strong finished work are called first.
All the services on our website — including water tanks, filtration, flooring, bathrooms, tiling, paving, decking, gutters, gates, carports and ceilings — plus supporting trades such as plumbing and electrical work. List anything else under “Other trades”.
